Welcome to MHLUXEBEAUTY (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our online store hosted on HitPay and your purchase of our beauty and personal care products. By accessing or using our store at https://mhluxebeauty.co you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

By using our website and making purchases, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.


2. Products

  1. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
  2. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or formulation may occur due to supplier/manufacturer updates.
  3. All products are intended for personal use only and not for resale unless agreed otherwise.


3. Orders & Payment

  1. All prices are listed in MYR.
  2. Payment is processed securely via HitPay and its integrated payment partners (Visa, Mastercard, FPX, GrabPay, Atome, ShopeePay, and others).
  3. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or e-wallet information.
  4. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We deliver using third-party courier services.
  2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service and location.
  3. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.


5. Returns & Refunds

  1. Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 7 days after receiving. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  2. Wrong Items Received: Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  3. Return Process: We will generate an airway bill for approved returns. Customers must print the airway bill and drop off the parcel at the designated courier office.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., opened skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items) are not eligible for return.
  5. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.


6. Promotions & Discounts

  1. Discounts, voucher codes, and promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  2. Each order may be limited to one promotion or discount code, unless otherwise stated.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on this store (text, images, logos, product descriptions) is the property of MHLUXEBEAUTY. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability
