1. Eligibility for Refund

- An item is missing from your order.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind (we recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing).
- Items returned not in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective or incorrect).
2. Wrong Items Sent
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within [7] days of delivery and provide supporting photos/videos of the item received.
- The wrong item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition, and packaging, including any free gifts received (if any).
- The item(s) must be shipped back to us within [3] days after your return request has been approved.
- Once the wrong item is received and verified, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost.
- If the correct item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a full refund instead.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within [7] days receiving your order. To process your request, we may ask for photos, videos or other supporting evidence of the defect/damage.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be required to return the defective item(s) to us.
- The defective item(s) must be shipped back to us within [3] days after your return request has been approved. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the return and refund process.
- Defective item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging (where possible).
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack (including any free gifts) must be returned as a whole set.

- A replacement of the same item, or

4. Missing Items
If you find that your order is incomplete and one or more item(s) are missing, please contact us within [7] days of receiving your order. After verification, you may choose either of the following solutions:
- We will ship the missing item(s) to you at no additional cost, or
- We will refund the value of the missing item(s) directly to your original payment method.
5. General Conditions

- For defective, damage or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Upon approval, we will generate an airwaybill for you. Then, you are required to:

6. Refund Process
